This sub-class includes activities of commission agents and/or all other wholesalers who trade goods on behalf and/or on account of others. Such agents and/or wholesalers do not take title to the goods they sell, but act as agents for a principal and receive a commission or fee for their service. Units in this sub-class are primarily engaged in: - activities of those involved in bringing sellers and buyers together or undertaking commercial transactions on behalf of a principal, excluding via the Internet - activities of wholesale auctioneering houses
