This sub-class includes design services for transport equipment, for example: - automobiles - mass-transit vehicles - ships and marine vessels - bicycles and Personal Mobility Devices (PMD) Units in this sub-class are primarily engaged in design of transport equipment, carried out also through specialised software, creating and/or developing designs and/or specifications that optimise the use, value and/or appearance of all types of transport equipment, including the determination of the materials, construction, mechanism, shape, colour and/or surface finishes of the product, taking into consideration human characteristics and/or needs, safety, market appeal and/or efficiency in production, distribution, use and/or maintenance.
