CONSTRUCTION OF BUILDINGS

This sub-class includes construction of complete residential or non-residential buildings. General building contractors take responsibility/provide oversight for all aspects of individual building construction projects. Outsourcing parts or even the whole construction process is possible. Units in this sub-class are primarily engaged in: - construction of all types of residential and/or non-residential buildings: - landed houses like detached houses, semi-detached houses and/or terrace houses - non-landed buildings, like high-rise public housing and/or condominiums - construction of all types of commercial buildings, like office buildings, shophouses, shopping malls, and/or hotels - construction of buildings for production, like factories, workshops, assembly plants and/or warehouses - construction of institutional and/or other buildings, such as healthcare, educational, airport buildings, indoor sports facilities, carparks and religious facilities - construction of industrial and/or utility buildings, such as incinerator and sewage treatment plants - major additions and/or alterations or upgrading to existing building structures

This sub-class includes structural repair contractors. Subcontracting parts or even outsourcing the whole construction process is possible.
