This sub-class includes food & beverage establishments that provide full waiter/table services (i.e., patrons will order and be served while seated). Patrons may pay after eating at such food & beverage establishments. This includes food & beverage establishments serving buffets, steamboat and/or hot pot.

This sub-class includes food & beverage establishments that offer limited waiter/table services (i.e., patrons need to self-collect ordered food). Patrons usually order/select items and pay before eating at such food & beverage establishments.

This sub-class includes food & beverage establishments that offer limited waiter/table services and/or usually sell cooked mass-produced pre-prepared fast food dishes which is typically consumed as a meal or part of a meal and/or can be prepared and/or served quickly upon order. The food sold is usually designed to be eaten on the go and/or mostly does not require the use of cutlery to be consumed. Patrons are required to order/select items and pay before eating at such food & beverage establishments.

This sub-class includes operators of food courts, hawker centres, coffee shops and canteens in which there are mix of stalls selling a variety of cooked food.

This sub-class includes the preparation and/or serving of mainly non-alcoholic beverages (e.g., coffee, juice, soft drinks, bubble tea), and/or food for immediate consumption, mainly for takeaways or delivery, which involves human service (i.e., human employee prepares, takes orders and hands the food over to the customer. Cashier service is excluded). There is typically limited or no seating at such establishments.

This sub-class includes pubs and/or cocktail lounges that prepare and/or serve mainly alcoholic beverages for immediate consumption on the premises.

This sub-class includes activities of hawkers and/or stall-holders selling cooked food and/or prepared drinks from stalls at food courts, coffee shops and/or canteens or mobile vehicles for immediate consumption. Units in this sub-class are primarily engaged in: - activities of: - hawkers and/or stall-holders selling cooked food - hawkers and/or stall-holders selling prepared drinks - mobile food hawkers (e.g., mobile ice cream vendor, night market stall holder) - pushcarts selling cooked food or prepared drinks
