Publishing of directories and mailing lists

This sub-class includes the publishing of lists of facts/information (databases) that are protected in their form, but not in their content. Combined publishing and printing activities are included in this sub-class. Units in this sub-class are primarily engaged in: - publishing of mailing lists - publishing of telephone books - publishing of statistics databases - publishing of financial databases - publishing of other directories and/or compilations, such as case law, pharmaceutical compendia, etc. Units in this sub-class make copyrighted content available to the general public by engaging in the reproduction and distribution of this content in various forms (e.g., print, electronic or audio form, on the Internet).
