This sub-class includes the rental and/or operating of self-owned or leased food courts, coffee shops and/or canteens. It also includes the development of building projects for rental/leasing of food courts, coffee shops and/or canteens, i.e., for renting of space in these properties. Units under this sub-class have their main source of revenue from rental income.
