LEGAL ACTIVITIES

This sub-class includes legal advice, representation and/or related legal services by, or under supervision of, persons who are members of the bar as part of legal procedure in courts or other judicial bodies. Units in this sub-class are primarily engaged in: - advice, representation and/or related legal services in all areas of law (e.g., criminal law, civil law, administrative law, labour disputes, and/or arbitration and/or mediation as part of legal procedure) - provision of general legal counsel and/or legal advice and other related legal services - preparation and/or certification of legal documents (e.g., articles of incorporation, partnership agreements or similar documents in connection with company formation, patents, trade marks and/or copyrights, preparation of deeds, wills, trusts, etc.) and other related legal services - other activities of notaries public, civil law notaries, bailiffs, arbitrators and/or mediators, examiners and/or referees

This sub-class includes arbitration and/or mediation services provided by quasi-judicial or non-judicial bodies aimed at settling disputes among businesses or individuals.
