This sub-class includes the activities of centralised administrative offices and/or corporate offices overseeing and managing of related company or enterprise (both locally and overseas), such as undertaking the strategic planning, decision making, operational control of these related company or enterprise and may provide one or more administrative services (e.g., marketing, recruitment, finance, sourcing and/or procurement) to these related companies or enterprises only.

This sub-class includes units primarily set-up to assess business opportunities, liaison, coordination and/or promotional activities in Singapore and/or the region for a related foreign commercial entity. These units generally do not engaged in commercial activities in Singapore.
