Manpower contracting services (except IT manpower)

This sub-class includes non-Information technology (IT) manpower contracting services for supplying workers to clients' businesses for limited periods of time (on a fee or contract basis) to temporarily replace or supplement the working force of the client, where the individuals provided are employees of the temporary help service unit. Assignments are usually temporary and/or performed under the supervision of staff of the client unit, at the client's work site.
