This sub-class includes the provision of non-residential social, counselling, welfare, referral and/or similar services which are aimed at the elderly in their homes or elsewhere and/or carried out by public or by private organisations, self-help, voluntary welfare organisations and/or by specialists providing counselling services. Units in this sub-class are primarily engaged in: - visiting/befriending of the elderly - day-care services for the elderly - meal services for the elderly - elderly drop-in centres - home assistance services for elderly

These services are provided in their homes or elsewhere and/or carried out by public or by private organisations, self-help, voluntary welfare organisations and/or by specialists providing counselling services. Units in this sub-class are primarily engaged in: - visiting of persons with disabilities - day-care services for persons with disabilities - meal services for persons with disabilities - vocational training/rehabilitation and/or rehabilitation services for persons with disabilities provided that the education component is limited - home assistance services for persons with disability
