Why was my SSIC code automatically changed from 85402 to 85502?

Singapore's national industrial classification was updated from SSIC 2020 to SSIC 2025, effective 9 May 2026. ACRA's BizFile+ system automatically mapped every existing entity to its closest SSIC 2025 equivalent using the official SingStat correspondence table. The code SSIC 85402 (Universities) was reclassified to SSIC 85502 (Training courses for healthcare, education, community and social services) under that mapping.

Do I need to take any action?
