Why was my SSIC code automatically changed from 85101 to 85100?

Singapore's national industrial classification was updated from SSIC 2020 to SSIC 2025, effective 9 May 2026. ACRA's BizFile+ system automatically mapped every existing entity to its closest SSIC 2025 equivalent using the official SingStat correspondence table. The code SSIC 85101 (Nurseries and kindergartens) was reclassified to SSIC 85100 (Pre-primary education; child care with pre-primary education services) under that mapping.

Do I need to take any action?
